Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is focused on the assessment, treatment, and management of movement disorders and physical impairments through various techniques and modalities. Physiotherapists work with individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking to improve their physical function and mobility. Physiotherapists help people recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve movement and function, and prevent future health problems.

Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is a holistic healthcare profession focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders of the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other manual techniques to restore proper alignment and function of the body’s musculoskeletal structure, promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself without surgery or medication.

Massage (RMT)
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a therapeutic practice that involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body, including muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. RMTs are trained professionals who use various techniques to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall physical health and well-being. Massage therapists use various techniques, including stroking, kneading, pressure, and stretching, to address physical discomfort, stress, and other health conditions.

Fascia Stretch Therapy
Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a specialized method that focuses on enhancing flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance by targeting the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, organs, and nerves. This innovative therapy utilizes specific stretching techniques designed to release tension within the fascia, promote better alignment, and improve overall movement patterns.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body that are located along pathways or meridians through which vital energy, or Qi (pronounced “chee”), flows. According to TCM, when the flow of Qi is disrupted or unbalanced, it can lead to illness or pain. Acupuncture aims to restore the balance of Qi by stimulating these points, promoting healing and improving health.

Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression (traction) is commonly used to treat conditions like herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and chronic lower back pain. This therapy involves using a specialized equipment to gently stretching the spine, which can help create space between the vertebrae and promote the movement of fluids, oxygen, and nutrients back into the discs.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga is a mind-body practice that originated in ancient India and combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles to promote overall well-being. It is both a physical exercise and a spiritual discipline that aims to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.

Chiropody
Chiropody, also known as podiatry in some regions, is a branch of medicine focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders of the feet and lower limbs. Chiropodists (or podiatrists) are healthcare professionals trained to address a variety of foot-related conditions and provide specialized care.
